Mara Mayen is the owner of Belize Transfer Service/Kingfisher Taxi Service.  She was one of the first two people who started running taxi and charter services on the Placencia Peninsula in the 90's.  Her services is well know for being punctual, reliable and comfortable.

 

Recently she realized that a lot of people traveling to Belize would enjoy a very scenic drive through the Hummingbird Highway when traveling to or from southern parts of the country like Dangriga, Hopkins, Placencia, Punta Gorda instead of taking a local flight which won't allow you to see the spectacular views that Belize and the Hummingbird Highway has to offer.

 

After this realization Mara invested in a brand new 12 seater, diesel van that is very economical so that savings can be passed to our clients.
